Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Bookshelf. Following are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy

Store Pickup

You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. After placing an order for store pickup, your order will be ready for pickup within a week. We will notify you via text, email or phone call, when the order is ready for pickup. Please call the store to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Media Mail has a longer delivery time and is not insured.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you choose to have the books shipped as they become available, the total shipping charge will likely be higher than calculated during checkout. We will call you for additional payment

International Shipping

We occasionally offer international shipping on special author-signed books. Email the store for shipping charges. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped. You can log in to the website at any time to check the status of the order and the tracking number.
